The Leader's Journey developed out of the four decades of my experiences as coach and mentor to dozens of company presidents and CEOs from the Fortune 50 to the renowned case of Johnsonville Foods. My research and work has taken me to Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Scandanavia, to the lecture halls of most of the major universities of the world, and to the seminar rooms of hundreds of organizations in the United States and abroad.

My goal in this blog is to share that experience with readers and "rattle cages" -- to help committed CEOs and other top executives transform themselves into leaders and their organizations into healthier, more vigorous, and more adaptive high-performance organizations.

The journey won't always be comfortable, but we should be able to have some fun along the way.
