Lee and I had some fun in the comments to his earlier post, Do we test CEOs for greed? around the topic of how leaders deal with change. Lee brought up the Chinese admonition that "decisions should be good for 7 generations" and when I saw this little six-minute video I was reminded of that and began pondering, again, the problem of accelerating change (social, technological, environmental) ... and whether we all need to start learning more about how the Chinese think:
